- Property developer focus in residential properties in Hong Kong
- We are looking for SALES MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Degree in Business/Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years related work experience in sales operation in property developers
- Proactive, Independent, attention to detail, strong in time management skills and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
- Excellent market sense and understanding of property market in Hong Kong
- Good writing skills in both English and Chinese
- Mandarin speaking is a must
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fully manage all sales operation for residential properties in Hong Kong
- Deal with agents;
- Manage sales of residential properties, including but not limited to sales system, sales administration and operation, sales logistic, sales documentation and after sales follow-up;
- Attend daily operation and general sales at sales office (working on Sundays and Public Holidays is required);
- Manage the development / production of sales materials including but not limited to sales office and show flat, advertising, promotional materials, sales materials and arrangements which are in compliance with the related legislations and regulations;
- Undertake market research, analysis and compile report;
- Manage budget plan and undertake sales payment and expenditures;
- Alternative Sat off
- 13 months salary
- Annual leave : 12 days
