Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Manufacturer of building & construction materials with plant in Hong Kong
- Main clients : property developers, consultants, architects, main contractors and subcontractors in Hong Kong
- We are looking for SENIOR SALES ENGINEER (pipe fittings) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Promote products and services to relevant parties including Developers, Engineering Consultants and Contractors/Sub-contractors
- Strengthen business relationship with existing customers and create relationship with potential and new customers
- Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties to solve technical issues and provide technical support and solution to customers and project managers
- Organize and host seminars, trainings and technical lectures to promote and enhance product knowledge for all parties of the construction industry
- Deliver professional pre-sale and post-sale services with regular follow-up meetings to obtain business referrals and industry information
- Report and work with management on sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration rate
- 3 - 5 years proven Sales track record on building / construction / HVAC / E&M products/materials are preferred
- Experience in pipe fittings, pipe accessories / modules or water work related products is a plus
- Knowledge on HK construction standards and code of practice, general specification and tendering documents is highly prefer
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- Driver's license holder
- PC proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days, add one day each year up to max 18 days
