The primary purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of the Atlas SAP Outbound process, including transportation and warehouse management, all of subsequent business process changes. This includes, among other things tendering, load building, carrier management and appointment, warehouse customer service, cuts management, IDOC management, internal delivery notices (IDNs) This role will be responsible, in conjunction with other team leads, for utilizing site inventory practices to perform necessary cycle counts to ensure physical inventory accuracy. |

This role interacts with and must influence a broad range of functions within the business including but not limited to Mars IS, Supply (Factories, Customer Supply, Logistics, 3rd party logistics providers (3PL’s), Commercial, and external contractors. It also has key interactions with all levels of the organization, including Site Management, Functional Experts, Key Users, and End Users. This position leads the planning activities, testing, training, implementation, and nurturing of new business processes associated with the system applications. |
