What are my responsibilities?

·        IT Assurance / Compliance

·        IT Audit and Assessment Coordination & Remediation

·        POC (Proof of Concept) for New IT Technology and Implementation

·        Digitalization Office (Meeting Room)

·        Quality control and Continue Service Improvement & Innovation based on IT Audit Result and New IT Technology Trend

·        Project Management Assurance

·        Customized IT Service together with SDPM according to Business Request

·        VIP Support & Management

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·        Min. 8 years in IT area preferable;

·        Min 5-year IT service or IT user management experience preferred

·        3-year IT project experience

·        Technical leadership role of a team

·        At least 1-year life or work experience abroad or work experience in international teams

Competence

·        Methods and tools:  

a.      IT General Control (SOA) 

b.      ISO27001  

c.      IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)  

d.      Change management methods and tools

e.      Automatization tools

f.       Monitoring Tools

g.      Planning and reporting tools

·        Understanding of business processes

·        Understanding of New Technology in Market

·        Proficient in Microsoft productions.

·        Strong customers focus orientation.

·        Clarity of thought, spirit of improvisation and a strong drive for improvement

·        Highly developed communication, interpersonal and self-management skills e.g. to handle high pressure situations.

·        Readiness to work with different cultures in global environment (e.g. including cooperation with teams and managers from different Time Zones)

·        Presentation techniques and facilitation skills

·        Fluent English Speaking
