Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

  1. High efficiency & reliability sales order and purchasing order processing to ensure continuity of whole order cycle (incl. figure booking, order tracking, GR/IR clear, invoicing and AR collection process, MTO AR/AP, forecast and others) are kept in control and drive for improvements.
  2. Handle domestic order and export order which includes trade business, bonded business and transit business.
  3. Checks contents and analyzes supplier and/customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
  4. Conduct month-end closing tasks and update actual/FC reports required by controlling on a monthly basis.
  5. Liaison with other internal functions, including Legal, Tax, SFS, Insurance, etc.
  6. Commercial partner and close alignment and communication with BD and Quotation.
  7. Constantly updating knowledge, which includes keeping up to date with the latest business process and regulations.
  8. Other assignments from superior.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  1. Strong ownership mindset.
  2. Knowledge of Commercial, Procurement, international trade and business administration.
  3. IT tools like SAP, MS office, etc.
  4. Negotiation and communication skills.
  5. English, both spoken and written.
