Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Aluminium engineering company engages in design and build major HK residential development.
- We work from procuring raw material, fabrication, site installation and subsequent maintenance works.
- Work scope includes curtain wall, aluminium window, glass balustrade, stainless steel feature works, skylight and canopy.
- Main clients are property developers in Hong Kong mainly for residential properties
- We are looking for SECRETARY / ENGINEER ASST – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- University degree graduated
- Studies in Building/Construction/Engineering is a plus
- Excellent in word, excel, preferably in PowerPoint as well.
- Good reading and writing in English
- Problem solver and motivated
- Experience in building & construction sector is a plus
- Perform all kinds of assistance to the Engineering Manager
- Assist manager in daily activities include follow up on tasks, organize meetings, set company guidelines, reviewing drawings, study documents, study disputes, contact suppliers, set documents templates.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by manager
- Office location : Shatin
