What are my responsibilities?

1. Develops, proposes and implements function specific processes and/or methods for maintaining effective Safety management system, to fulfill legal and internal requirements.
开发、建议、推行各种具体的过程和方法以维护有效的安全管理系统，满足法规和公司内部的要求。.
2.Monitors existing and potential Safety concerns and decides / implements measures for remedial action.
监控现有和潜在的安全问题，决定/实施有效的补救行动和措施。
3. Guides and provides expertise to managers and employees on shop floor.
对现场经理和员工提供专业的安全建议和指导
4. Develop Work Permission System for High Risk Jobs , implement high risk operation management strictly
创建专业的高风险作业许可制度，严格高风险作业管理。
5. Project safety and legal compliance
新、改、扩建项目的安全评价和合规性监督
6. Establish emergency management system (emergency response plan, etc.) can organize effective emergency drill independently.
建立应急管理制度（应急响应预案等），能独立组织有效的应急演练
7.Establish work incident record, report, analysis and investigation system. can organize team to do effective incident investigation independently.
建立工伤事故记录，报告，分析及调查制度，能独立组织团队进行有效的事故调查并确认措施的有效性。
8.Collects necessary data and evaluates and compiles all relevant information for proper Safety reporting.
收集必要的数据和评估，对所有相关资料进行汇编并生成安全报告。
9.Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成领导交办的其它任务。


What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor Degree or above in engineering background
工程背景本科或以上学历
At least 5 EHS work experience, can be working independently with good execute ability
5年以上EHS工作经验，具备EHS独立工作和执行能力；
Good safety knowledge
有一定的安全技术管理知识（设备、电器、化学品等）；
Be familiar with national and international ES&H standards and regulations
熟悉国内国际EHS标准和法规
Proficiency of English both oral and written
英语口语书面熟练
Good coordinate and teamwork
具有较强的组织协调能力和好的团队合作能力
