- We are looking for SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting Department of 11 members
- Job summary : lead AR Team + financial reporting & analysis
- Supervise the accounts receivable & credit control team of 2 subordinates
- Performs and oversees accounts receivable follow up. Evaluates credit history and approves or disapproves extension of credit; arranges terms of payment and follow-up collection of accounts. Performs financial reporting and analysis
- Monitors accounts receivable and coordinates with oversea staffs in other Asian offices to ensure payment paid on time;
- Provides accounts receivable aging report on weekly basis;
- Reconciles general accounts and internal ledgers to financial reports;
- Reviews daily activities of credit and collection staff and maintenance of supporting records; monitors accounts receivable activity and makes adjustments to meet budget goals; recommends solutions to related internal and external problems;
- Researches and prepares scheduled and special reports and billings for management, and third party payers;
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or relevant disciplines;
- Qualified Accountant
- At least 3 years’ working experience in big 4 or 2nd tier audit firms with commercial working experience
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese;
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
