THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- REIT – real estate investment trust
- Member of giant property developer in Hong Kong
- We are looking for SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER – with details as follows :
- THE JOB :
Report to the Company Secretary - Assisting the Company Secretary in performing company secretarial function for the Group
- Assisting in documentation and arrangement of board committees, board of directors and general meetings
- Participating in ad-hoc projects
- Degree holder with HKICS / ICSA qualification
- At least 4-6 years' hands-on and solid experiences in handling full range of company secretarial duties in listed companies
- Well conversant with the Listing Rules, Takeovers Code and relevant ordinances
- Proficient of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hands-on skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Experience in REIT a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
- More solid experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretarial Manager
