THE COMPANY :
- Design, develop and manufacture of SMART HOME specially for elderly home care and home safety
- OEM/ODM/OBM
- Innovative DIY consumer electronic product, RF wireless products and Green Powered Products for elderly care, home safety and home security

- We are looking for SENIOR ELECTRONIC ENGINEER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Assist to lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and carry out the full spectrum of new product development process
- Work closely with commercial department and customers to define product design requirements
- Analyze new technological and market trends
- Select correct design concept and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement of existing ones
- Analyze schematics/new components and development tools and provide guidance and checklists
- Develop product design validation plans
- Conduct product cost estimation and manage product cost in full new product development process
- Continue improve quality systems, policies and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Degree holder or above in electronic engineering and related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience in electronic product design in electronics industry with at least 3 years managing / supervisory experience in leading design team
- Direct design experience in RF wireless products
- Solid experiences in product design, development and management of consumer electronics products
- Sound knowledge of IoT, tooling, plastic, software programming, electronics and mechanical design
- Sound knowledge in various approval standards FCC, CE, RED, UL etc.
- Be familiar with design tools PADs, circuit simulation, Solidworks, Pro-E, Project Management tools,
- Good project management, vendor management, people management and problem-solving skills
- Capable of standardization in process and procedure
- Good leadership in building and developing teams, driving for results
- Innovation and lateral thinking mind set
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- 5 days work
- Some China trip may be required
- Office location : Kwai Hing
