THE COMPANY :
- Electronics manufacturer
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Factory : Dongguan
- Main product : Heart Rate Monitor using wireless chest strap or finger sense; smart watch; Cycle Computer with wired/wireless speed and cadence, temperature & altimeter functions; digital sports watch with GPS feature; Diving Computer etc for global sports brands & markets
- Main market : US and Europe for international sports brands
- We are looking for SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- 工程研發高級經理 : 負責 R & D, PIE, 生產部等部門的技術統籌及管理工作。
- 協同業務部門, 完成年度開發項目計劃及任務, 管理工廠部門技術事務;
- 每天現場解決各樣工程、生產及品管異常項目;
- 負責控制及減輕產品生產成本目標, 協同採購部門打樣及控制材料質量達到產品要求;
- 協同品質部門建立產品質量標準, 及建立工藝控制標準;
- 新產品立項到批量量產導入(NPI) 的全過程跟進, 檢討及相關改善報告。
- NPI 新產品立項到批量量產導入準時率及品質。
- 帶領設計及PIE 工程團隊, 通過流程優化整合, 及IE 標準建立, 實施精益牴生產管理的同時, 通過工藝改良, 自動化夾具/設備的輔助應用, 使生產的人員密度下降, 減少人手, 令生產的整體效益獲得提升。
- 利用自身的技術, 結合工廠現有的設備及技能, 完善工程及生產管理, 並對工程及生產設備、 模具、 治具進行定期檢討, 使產品工序盡力簡化, 並多樣化。
- 現場解決工程、 生產 、 品管異常能力表現。
- 使公司的整體生產成本下降, 完善生產和物流體系, 縮減物流時間周期和減低物料損耗, 並確保所有工程事宜在各部門順利有序進行。

- Work based in Dongguan factory
- More solid engineering & factory management experience will be considered as Engineering & Operation Director
