THE COMPANY :
- HK listed company
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Our products include : infant toys, mechanical, battery-operated and electronic toys, action figures, play sets, collectible figures, fashion dolls and stuffed animals..... etc.
- Guangdong factory : 3000-4000 workers
- Main markets : US, Europe and Japan including the world's top toys brands & toys companies
- We are looking SENIOR ENGINEERING & QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Lead Engineering & Quality Department in China factory
- University or Polytechnic graduate preferably in Engineering or Quality related
- Solid engineering experience in the toy industry with over 8 years in managerial level
- Solid supervisory experience in quality control and assurance
- Experience in hard, soft and electronic products development
- Good Knowledge in global QA / Testing standard criteria / COC
- Good interpersonal & leadership skill to lead a sizable team
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Work based in Guangdong factory with frequent travel to HK office for meetings
- 5 days / 6 days alternative
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
