Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Japanese food production (central kitchen) and retailer with over 80 retail stores in Hong Kong
- Main food ingredients are frozen in Japan and flown to Hong Kong.
- With regular inspection of factories, constant food temperature management, an advanced logistic network, etc., we strive to provide high-quality Japanese food to Hong Kong.
- All food from our self-owned central kitchen is under strict hygiene and quality control and freshly prepared every day.
- We are looking for SENIOR QA OFFICER (Central Kitchen) – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Team up with quality assurance team in food safety operation policies and guidelines development and improvement (factory/store)
- Monitor and maintain food safety standard at stores through internal / external audit, micro test results and complaints review, and do follow-up when needed
- Coordinate and participate quality assurance and hygiene training to staff
- Assist in other and ad hoc projects as assigned
- Higher Diploma or degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, exposure of frontline operations will be an advantage
- Familiar with quality assurance systems (5S/HACCP/ISO22000)
- Knowledge of food laws and food regulations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- 5 days/6 days work per week (alternative)
