- e-Commerce logistics solution provider
- Providing global shipping/logistics services for e-commerce shoppers in Asia Pacific;
- Own or operate warehouses in US, Japan, Italy, Australia, Taiwan, China, Korea, Japan, Australia & Thailand;
- Asian offices : Taiwan & Malaysia
- We are looking for SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide full range human resources duties
- Perform C&B , updating staff records, MPF, taxation, medical and other benefit schemes
- Involve in HR projects such as annual budget, salary review & performance appraisal
- Responsible for facilitating entire recruiting function to include, but not limited to advertising, postings, direct recruiting, resume evaluation, interviews, offers, salary and negotiation
- To be responsible for talent acquisition by sourcing candidates through different sourcing tools/techniques to deliver quality candidates to meet business needs
- To liaise with department heads for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria
- Participate in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Degree holder
- Studies in human resources management or related disciplines is a plus
- 3 to 5 years solid experience in human resources and administration
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 10am-7pm)
- Annual leave : 12 days
