Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US & European joint venture company
- Award winning TOYS design, develop, sourcing and trading company carrying several own toys brands
- Main market : US
- Minor market : Europe and Asia Pacific
- Key overseas offices : LA, London, Melbourne
- We are looking for SENIOR QA MANAGER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education in Engineering, Quality, Production or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Quality Assurance with 3 years of managerial level in Toys industries.
- Knowledge of Toys international safety standards/regulations.
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Provide technical and QA advices during new product development.
- Manage Quality Engineering team on all quality-related issues.
- Monitor the product quality in factories and suppliers.
- Build, implement and improve quality system to achieve quality goals.
- Manage customer complaints and process failure analysis to provide corrective action plans and monitoring procedures.
- Handle outside lab testing and customer testing issues.
- Mainly work in Dongguan office (5 mins walk from railway station)
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
