  • We are looking for SENIOR QUALITY & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER – with details as follows :
 
 
THE JOB :
  • Function as Head of Quality & Process Improvement Team
  • Manage daily operation of Quality & Process Improvement Team to achieve corporate objectives
  • Manage the Team to assure consistent quality of data, developing and enforcing good data management systems; validating processes; providing documentation
  • Follow through quality plans and carry-out all necessary actions to achieve quality targets
  • Lead the Team to implement quality data checks, standard and rules. Updates of standard document, quality KPIs and work procedure
  • Lead the Team to run Master Data analysis, summarize information & prepare quality documentation and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validations
  • Raise concerns about master data quality and potential related issues, including action plan for improvement
  • Create awareness around Master Data quality and procedures
  • Manage the improvement of Master Data quality
  • Follow through quality assurance plans for Quality processes and system in production in relation to quality plans developed by Brands
  • Follow through CAP plan in production and collaborating with other members of the Brands and Corporate QA management
  • Lead the Team to manage vendor KPIs and production status
  • College or above preferably in quality / engineering / industrial areas
  • Fluency in spoken & written English is a must
  • Over 8 years professional experience in the field of quality & process improvement in garment is highly prefer
  • Experience in outerwear, sportswear or functional wear is highly prefer
  • Experience in international sports brands is a plus
  • Knowledge in quality management system and Statistical analysis
  • Motivated to adhere to standard and process
  • Familiar with Data Quality Dashboard tooling
  • Emphasizing Excellence
  • Frequent travel is required
  • 5 days work
  • Annual leave : 12 days, add 2 days every 2 years unto max 22 days
