Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Multinational electronic marine communication/navigation equipment/system brand owner
- Hong Kong office : Regional Office of Asia Pacific
- Supplier of NavCom, Connectivity, On Board ICT and Service & Maintenance brand, connecting customers to an unrivalled network of offices and support locations along major global shipping routes
- We provide Ship-to-Shore satellite airtime services provide the most cost effective and greatest coverage to shipping companies, shipyards, individual vessels and the marine sector
- We are looking for SERVICE COORDINATOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Manage all customers' service requests professionally and timely
- Schedule Service Engineers to fulfill all service jobs either local or abroad
- Handle all Service, Survey, Commissioning, and Installation requests timely
- Prepare/make quotations and work estimates for local and International jobs
- Prepare all necessary job documents for further processing
- Provide status update to Service Operations Manager for all ongoing and prospective jobs
- Register all non-compliance and improvement suggestions in the Quality System
- Coordinate internally with internal technical experts to resolve customer queries
- Handle customers' disputes or complaints and minimize such occurrences
- Maintain all Service records regarding and keep them accurate and up to date
- Track service work progress and handle all communication related to service requests with customers, subcontractors, agents and port security offices
- Post secondary with training in business study
- Min 3 years relevant customer service experience in marine industry
- Current engineer or technician who would like to switch to customer service function are also welcome to apply
- Good customer service skill
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Visit customers to maintain customer royalty and forge stronger relationship
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days; upto maximum 18 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus

- Office location : Tsuen Wan
