Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • HK listed company
  • Wholly-owned subsidiary of China listed company
  • An integrated logistics service provider : liner, forwarder & logistics service provider
  • We are looking for SHIP PLANNER / VESSEL OPERATION OFFICER – with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Responsible for submitting documents to Ship Officer upon ship arrival and departure
  • Required to board vessels, attend to vessel arrivals, departures and associated formalities
  • Assist superior to accomplish container management work and daily operation
  • Handle bunker oil operation
  • Liaise with Ship owners, charterers and ship masters
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum 2-year related working experience
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, attentive to details and mature
  • Able to work overtime and in holidays (if necessary)
  • Basic PC literacy in MS applications, e.g. Excel, Words
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Occasional night shift is required
  • 5 days work
  • 13 months salary + performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 12 days
  • Medical & dental benefits covering family members
  • Meal allowance
  • OT paid
  • Office location : Kwun Tong
