Your mission and responsibilities:
Understand existing and emerging needs and priorities of business
Liaise with key stakeholders/internal clients to define learning and development requirements;
Design, develops learning landscape, programs, courses, workshop according to business learning & development needs;
Program/course delivery due to annual L&D plan
Advises managers, employees and HRBP for customized learning programs;
Leads projects for internal learning events.
Your qualifications and experiences:
5 - 10 years’ experience in Learning and Development, including but not limited to program design and delivery according to business development needs;
Passion& insight in learning and development field;
Strong communication & collaboration, and project management skill;
Working/project experience in specific functions like sales, finance, and etc., with solution-mindset is plus.
