Your mission and responsibilities:

• Understand existing and emerging needs and priorities of business

• Liaise with key stakeholders/internal clients to define learning and development requirements;

• Design, develops learning landscape, programs, courses, workshop according to business learning & development needs;

• Program/course delivery due to annual L&D plan

• Advises managers, employees and HRBP for customized learning programs;

• Leads projects for internal learning events.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• 5 - 10 years’ experience in Learning and Development, including but not limited to program design and delivery according to business development needs;

• Passion& insight in learning and development field;

• Strong communication & collaboration, and project management skill;

• Working/project experience in specific functions like sales, finance, and etc., with solution-mindset is plus.
