#### Position Description:


The Quality Assurance Specialist will be primarily in charge of monitoring
analysts service quality and operational execution according to established
processes.

The role entails making sure of keeping training material and process
documentation updated and readily available as well as coordinating new hire
training.

The individual will be in charge of performance reports customization as well
as advising on quality standards and targets.

The position includes action plan elaboration for performance improvement; and
team education and coaching.

#### Position Requirements:


\- This role will require somebody with excellent organizational, attention to
detail and multitasking skills who is able to handle tight deadlines.
\- Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written.
\- High command of MS Office is required, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
\- Previous experience in customer relations desired.
