Job Description
Your missions will be to:
- Deploy our insights solutions to our key clients about social brand tracking, tribes analysis and trend prediction.
- Analyse qualitative/quantitative data from various social media platforms and make insightful recommendations that will help Linkfluence clients to make the difference on their market
- Consult with our clients, understand their needs and objectives, and being their partner in making their goals a reality
- Challenge our current methodologies and define new ones
- Manage and coach a team of young, very motivated and multicultural analysts
Preferred Experience
For the role, we are looking for someone:
- With a curious, analytical mind.
- Who is eager to work with a wide variety of brands and use-cases.
- Is a credible, engaging communicator with the confidence to interact at all business levels
- Who has a strong analytical and quantitative background, enjoying transforming big data into smart data and insights
- Enjoys the hands-on approach and is constantly thinking about how to make things better. can-do attitude, pushing things the next mile
- Is comfortable juggling multiple projects, with a positive mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Preferred experience
- Solid understanding of marketing/market research and social media.
- At least 8 years' experience in a similar environment using in priority quantitative data.
- Proven experience in Fashion, Beauty & Cosmetic Industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French, Chinese is a plus.
- Proven project management and transversal management skills.
- Business writing and communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, team player!
- Strong analytical and interpretation abilities.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
