THE COMPANY :
- Toys manufacturer
- Factories : 9 X Vietnam factories (20000 workers) in Vietnam + 1 X China factory (1000 workers)
- Main market : America, EU and Japan
- We are looking for 开发采购经理 - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- 供应商的选择、评估、谈判及合同签署。
- 供应商价格及商务谈判。
- 供应商绩效管理。
- 市场行情信息搜集及分析。
- 项目信息收集及项目进度、成本核算管理。
- 完善采购制度和流程。
- 采购资金预算及付款管理。
- 部门其它业务协同管理，组织完成人员培训、团建等工作。
- 工作认真负责，具有良好的职业道德。
- 该岗位在越南海防就职，请面试者知悉！
- 教育背景：大专及以上学历。
- 5年以上制造业采购管理经验，有较强的领导力。
- 较强的数据分析能力、策划组织能力，玩具行业优先。
- 熟悉国际贸易的政策法规，熟悉供应链管理、采购管理、物流管理和ERP
- 系统等相关知识，精通成本分析。
- 具备良好的职业道德操守，严格遵守公司的各项规章制度，做到廉洁奉公，不谋私利。
- Oversea working experience is a plus
- 本职位工作地点在越南海防。
