THE COMPANY :
- US multinational company
- Brand owner, manufacturer, supplier & importer : sealants, coating and waterproofing products to building and construction industry
- Main clients : architects, property developers, contractors, façade consultants & door/window fabricators in Hong Kong, China & Asia
- We are looking for SPECIFICATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work closely with architects of consultants and developers on specification works, develop strong pipeline of projects
- Work as an integrated team to champion Sales & Marketing functions to secure the specification developed
- Offer excellent customer relations support
- Assist in develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
- Organize seminar and exhibition
- Tertiary education
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in specification works in construction projects and have good network with architects.
- Proficiency in computer and MS office software
- Independent, proactive, creative and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
