We offer 2019 or 2020 university graduates a 12-month work/study opportunity, the UBS Singapore University Program for Employability and Resilience (UBS-SUPER). You’ll get on the job industry-specific training, and you’ll get to see how a global bank works from front to back.

• We’ll give you insight into the banking sector, specifically the fundamentals of how we run and operate. And you'll get plenty of opportunities to learn and grow from senior leaders and experts in their field.

• You can expect to be involved in projects, reporting and liaising with stakeholders across the bank. But the learning doesn’t stop there. You’ll have access to additional educational and networking sessions to get to know your peers and expand your network.

• You will be immersed into our daily work life for three days a week and will complement this practical experience with two days of training per week.
