You will be joining a fast paced, innovative, solution focused B2B tech company comprising a dynamic global team successfully positioned in the Cross Border E-commerce service sector.

We specialise in supply chain management, delivering excellence on solution-based services such as product procurement, order fulfilment and third party logistics.

Who we are looking for

Supply Chain Strategist is part of the company’s Sales Department. The main role is to qualify and convert leads driven by the company’s marketing efforts. This involves initial strategy calls, full product procurement cycle, collaborating with the internal Finance Department to build out irresistible deals and transitioning newly converted leads to the Client Success Management Department for ongoing daily management.



Role qualification

Compulsory:
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in B2B Sales and/or International Trade
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Sourcing
- Must be a French native, and be fluent in French and English
- Preferably based in Shanghai, Shenzhen or Kunming China. If not, the employee can work remotely
- In-depth understanding of the main components of an B2B and B2C E-commerce business
- Can define the roadmap for an B2C E-commerce brand from idea to launch
- Instinctively a deal closer
- Willing to handle intense rejection and challenges
- Very high self standards and appreciates consistent growth opportunities
- Ability to simultaneously handle 15-25 active leads
- Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
- Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
- Shift availability:
- Normal working time: China time: 1pm - 9/10pm
- High flexibility, there may be times where you will need to schedule calls outside the normal working time to accommodate with leads schedule
- Language proficiency:
- English: reading, writing, speaking
- French: reading, writing, speaking


Responsibility
- Execute a ‘close at all cost’ mentality for every deal.
- Conduct a Sales acquisition cycle which includes lead qualification, initial strategy calls, product procurement cycle for qualified leads, collaborate with Finance to devise an irresistible quotation offer and convert leads into a paying client.
- Effectively utilize external and internal resources, and lead simultaneous projects (15-25) at a time.
- Set and manage client expectations around what can be delivered and how our company can provide value by encouraging deeper service adoption.
- Provide consistent feedback and input for the management team to continually create, optimize, and implement KPI, policies, SOPs, systems, and training materials.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
