- We are looking for SYSTEM ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- 2-year contract working for a Government department
- Troubleshoot HW & SW in Servers, PCs, notebooks and any other IT devices
- Perform day-to-day LAN Administration jobs, maintaining and performing troubleshooting of workstations, computer servers, and network equipment
- Provide technical advices and implementation of computer projects
- Interact and follow up with vendors and government departments for maintenance and fault reported for any computer equipment and software until case completed
- Maintain the inventory record of the computer equipment
- Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment
- Degree Holder in Computing Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of IT experience in PC and Server support
- Required to have 2 years working experience, knowledge and skills in some of the following :
- - Performing day-to-day troubleshooting of Windows Server 2012 or above
- - Being knowledgeable in Internet/Web related issues
- - Windows Server 2012 or above system services support
- - Windows Server 2012 or above on IIS 7.0 Web Services troubleshooting Internet and Intranet problems
- - Use of Microsoft Office 2010 Professional or above, Windows server 2012 or above
- - Use of Dreamweaver or photo edit tools for support of photo documents handling
- - Knowledge on Windows Server 2012, Dreamweaver CS6/ CC, Flash CS6 and Visual Basic.net, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MySQL, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office, Access VBA, Excel VBA and HTML5
- - Set up, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software
- 5 days work
