Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional IT service provider mainly servicing hedge funds in Central District
- We are looking for SYSTEMS ENGINEER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Implementation and support of client's IT Infrastructure
- Responsible for systems/technical support and administration on network, desktop/server hardware and software, and application systems
- Provide Level 1 – 3 support for incidents and problem resolution
- Interact with other team members and other teams to progress projects and incidents
- Relevant experience in technical support and administration for All Windows platforms including Microsoft Windows 8/10, Microsoft Office 2016/2013, Windows Server 2016/2012 (Active Directory Administration / Group Policy), Microsoft Exchange Server
- Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
- Self-starter who is confident, action and results orientated
- Must be attentive to detail, proactive and have strong troubleshooting skills
- Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required
- English and Cantonese language proficiency is essential
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 14 days
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Medical benefit
- Office location : Central District
- More solid experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer (2 posts)
