Job Description
A reputable European-based FMCG company is now seeking for an all-rounded Sales Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for after-sales, sales administration, customer service, complaints handling and some marketing duties.

They have a fast-paced and energetic culture and an international working environment in their Hong Kong office.
Description
- Provide sales administrative support to the sales team
- Handle after-sales procedures and follow up with clients in a professional manner
- Prepare and coordinate on order processing
- Handle invoicing duties
- Prepare weekly sales report
- Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with marketing duties when assigned
Profile
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Previous experience from a MNC is preferred
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Independent and proactive individual
- Immediately available candidates are preferred
