Job Description

A reputable European-based FMCG company is now seeking for an all-rounded Sales Administrator to join their team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for after-sales, sales administration, customer service, complaints handling and some marketing duties.

They have a fast-paced and energetic culture and an international working environment in their Hong Kong office.

Description

  • Provide sales administrative support to the sales team
  • Handle after-sales procedures and follow up with clients in a professional manner
  • Prepare and coordinate on order processing
  • Handle invoicing duties
  • Prepare weekly sales report
  • Handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with marketing duties when assigned

Profile

  • Degree holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Previous experience from a MNC is preferred
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Independent and proactive individual
  • Immediately available candidates are preferred
