Job Description

Duties:

  • Communicate with overseas / local customers
  • Responsible for the day-to-day tasks
  • Support sales team in daily tasks
  • Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotation, monitoring inventory, coordinating order and delivery
  • Any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in any disciplines; fresh graduate welcome
  • 1 year working experience, preferably in trading company
  • Good command of written in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, well organized, proactive, result oriented
  • Immediate available is preferred
