Job Description

Duties :

* communicate with overseas/local customers

* responsible for the day-to-day tasks

* support sales team in daily tasks

* handle customer enquiry, prepare quotation, monitoring inventory, coordinating order & delivery

* attending fair exhibitions, product promotion campaign & other relevant activities

* may have to work outside office hours or weekends on rare occassions

 

Requirements:

* diploma holder or above in any disciplines; fresh graduate welcome

* 2 year working experience, preferably in trading company

* good command of written English & Chinese

* proficiency with Microsoft Office

* good interpersonal , communication and presentation skills

* strong sense of responsiblity, independent, hard-working, well organised, proactive, result-oriented

* immediate available is preferred
