Responsibilities

• Responsible for the complete order process follow up, from customer order placement to aftersales feedback
• Coordinate with overseas customers in distribution of garment accessories
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure order fulfilment and on-schedule shipments
• Providing all-round support to marketing team
• Assist in new product development, coordinatelocal and international exhibitions

 Requirements

• Fluent in English, French or German (or Both) and some Cantonese is highly preferred
• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years  working experience in international customer service in trading or manufacturing industries
• Europe & USA marketing experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, experience in ERP system - Epicor would be a plus
• Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skills
• Travel occasionally but be stayed in Hong Kong at least 6 months per year
