Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Director to be in charge of HQTS global sales network. The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & global team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for the global sales team.

 Associating with top management and develop global commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
 Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels/new market.
 Implement company-wide business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
 Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
 Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-round sales strategy.
 Managing the global sales network to achieve the annual sales goals.
 Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales.
 Coach sales managers for sales management and monitor their management performance.
 Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

Skill & Qualification

 At least 10 years of sales operation, business development & global team managing experience in TIC industry, sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business. TIC industry will be preferred.
 Excellent listening, writing and cross cultural communication skills.
 Experienced in remote team management.
 Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
 Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
 Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
 Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
 Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
 International travel is required.
 English advance, native speaker is preferred.
