Job Description
* Develop a commercial strategy: he defines the main axes of the
commercial strategy of the company.  sets the objectives that are linked to
it, both in the short term and in the long term. He then puts in place the
means of action necessary to reach them.

* Improve financial results: the policy he applies within the company
aims to increase both turnover and profit.

* Lead the sales team: he is responsible for the sales team in place.
He is responsible for motivating staff and coordinating the forces present
to improve their results.

* Be present throughout the commercial process: the commercial
director need to be fully aware of all the stages of the commercialisation.
He participates in the design and promotion of products. It expands the
distribution network. He closely observes after-sales service and ensures
customer satisfaction.

* Monitor the competition: he monitors the actions of his company's
main competitors. He must keep himself informed of developments and news in
his sector. He must anticipate its developments and implement the necessary
actions to improve the position of his company on the market.
