The monthly income is around 12,000-15,000 RMB.

Our product is a solution package that includes electronic hardware and software.

The job is to handle pre-sales and after-sales service that related to technical issues.
The job responsibility includes the below:
1. Communicate with customers through video messaging(video conferences), telephone, emails to answer questions from potential customers and customers who purchased from us, help to solve problems for customers outside China;
2. Understand customer needs, proposal appropriate solution to clients, and assistant salesperson to make sales, help to achieve monthly sales target.
3. Make the technical documentations like user manual and API document;
4. Make the training videos to tell people how to use our system;
5. Improve the sales kit from a technical point of view;
6. Other related work assigned from supervisor, if any.

Job requirements:
1. From English speaking countries, already lived in China, have work experience in China.
2. Bachelor's degree or above, IT-related majors, such as computer network administration, information systems management, web technology,information technology, information science.
3. Male, age from 25 to 35.
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing.
5. At least one year IT-related work experience.
6. Outgoing, good at communication, strong initiative and sense of responsibility, hard-working.

Working hours: 7 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30.
5 or 6 working days per week, one week 5 days, next week 6 days.
Full time job, work place at Guangzhou, China.
The company nears Line 2 metro, Huangbian Station, 10 minutes walk from metro to the company.
