Job Description

Purpose

  • Accelerate the market focus and achieve specifications for our key product lines such as Ironmongery, Locks and Cylinders, Hotel Solutions
  • Expand our business in Residential, Commercial and Hotel projects 
  • Support and strengthen the capabilities of our Sales team  

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Identify new projects and follow thru until successful order entry and implementation
  • Closely cooperate with and support our Sales team members
  • Achieve agreed sales targets with assigned projects and customers
  • Develop specifications with architects, designers and developers
  • Build-up and grow the network and relationship with key customers, particularly architects and developers.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years sales experience in Ironmongery, Mechanical or Electronic Access Control, Building materials in general or related product fields
  • Strong network with architects, developers and main contractors is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Ironmongery and/or one of our product categories is an advantage
  • Strong proven sales track records with technical projects and solutions 
  • Outstanding sales attitude
  • Sound knowledge of related technology and industry trends. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Good command of Cantonese and English
  • Aggressive, self-motivated & able to work independently and under pressure
