• Assist and support daily operation  
• Work with sales team to develop and maintain good relationships with clients
• Responsible for customer enquiries
  
• Listen and understand clients’ needs and to provide help and solutions 
• Be a team player and collaborate with other departments to manage customer feedback

Requirements:

• HKDSE / Diploma or above
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
• Good communication skill
• Willing to work under pressure
