ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.

Your responsibilities

  • As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for the OR and Rev target of EVCI products and solutions in regions.
  • Implement sales strategies in regions. Actively monitor the progress and implementation of sales action plan from growth initiatives and form reports
  • Managing project registration and monitor special price application process. Provide information to sales regularly to improve the efficiency of project pursuit
  • Maintain customers relationship directly (mainly on OEM and national charging operators) and indirectly with ELGM sales team to maximize EVCI’s opportunities
  • Promote EVCI technology and products in marketing and technical events. Provide technical solutions for customers in projects. Provide trainings to internal and external parties
  • Develop business partnership / channels that best support the business in regions. Closely collaborate with distributor channel and regional sales team to identify and assess partners

Your background

  • Must have a bachelor or master’s degree in electric engineering, with qualification or experience in EV chargers or project driven products (e.g. MV/LV switchgear, UPS).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Demonstrated success in building customer relationships and acquiring business opportunities.
  • Personal leadership and excellent team player with good analytical and data management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Should be passionate about following the latest information e.g. technology trend, market & competitor updates.
  • Good English skills (reading and writing) desired.
