Position: China´s Business development Manager for and exciting and rapidly growing premium farmed salmon company.
AquaChile China is looking for an energetic and experienced business development manager to develop the business to consumer salmon business for the company through Online and Traditional Retail. This position has the responsibility of brand building and consumer experience development for either regular product or super premium product. The position reports directly to the Regional Managing Director of Asia. Through its development, the position can lead to interesting responsibilities within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a Business to Consumer sales strategy and Go to Market Strategy that allows the company to meet aggressive mid and long-term sales targets.
- Expand sales through new retail partners as well as through further development of current customer base.
- The employee will be responsible for managing sales volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives through all distributor and retail partners.
- Additional roles include all customer communication, brand advocacy, forecasting and driving profitability.
TOP OBJECTIVES:
- Identify new potential markets and strategic partners.
- Build strategic relationships and accounts to maximize performance.
- Build strategic partnership for processing requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing team for activities / events throughout the territory.
- Build awareness and advocacy for the brand in the local market.
- Market and competitive intelligence.
WORK SCHEDULE
- Full Time Position
- Domestic and International travel availability needed.
