The Intel DMTM Technology Development team is responsible for developing state of the art NVM (Nonvolatile Memory) technologies (e.g. 3D-NAND). As a Scribe Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the scribe test structures from start to finish, including alignment structures, registration boxes, and parametric devices for new products as well as test chips. In addition to structure layout, you will need to handle generator and database issues as well and be responsible for reticle tape-out.

Qualifications

� BS or MS degree
� At least 5 years relevant industry experience in Scribe Design

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group:  The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices.  The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.
