Description
To assist sales team and providing administrative support regarding of client development and service
Responsible for research report distribution and file saving;
Ensure the CRM is most up to date and database maintenance;
To compile and format statistical information;
Handle expense reimbursement and further logistic administrative task;
To arrange and coordinate internal and external meeting;
Other administrative responsibilities as required
Profile
Excellent fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin.
Excellent command in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Minimum 2 year's relevant experience in Financial institutions
Personality wise- strong organisation and planning skills, attention to detail, can manage multiple changing and conflicting priorities.
Familiar in a team support environment
Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
