Job Description
- Lead a team to provide overall administrative and secretarial support to Financial Institutions Department
- Establish and supervise operational procedures on account opening, remittance, anti-money laundering and ensure the daily operations are in compliance, regarding to legal and regulatory requirements and the bank's policies and procedures
- Monitor and review various documentations and improve the operation efficiency for the team
- Identify, assess and report various types of potential or existing operational risks to supervisors or related divisions and formulate the corrective measures and actions for the operations
- Degree holder or above, with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in retail or commercial banking operations in a supervisory role
- Detail-minded, communicative and can work in a team environment
