This position is a junior finance and accounting position in ECMS Southeast Asia Region, covering China Exports, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia markets, Australia and New Zealand. The position will be based in Hong Kong, directly reports to the Finance Manager – Southeast Asia Region. The position is good for talent who is looking to fast track their careers towards management in a global e-commerce organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with operations and sales teams on shipments and ensure accurate rates used for invoicing
• Issue invoices to customers, handle customers’ enquiry on sales invoices
• Review accounts receivable ageing report, and accordingly, plan and execute collection efforts to meet
• monthly collection target
• Support operations and management to settle payments to suppliers and make sure payment is on-time
• Assist management to collect data for analysis and report purposes, and initiate improvement if appropriate
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Education and Experience requirements

• High Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
• 3 years of working experience in similar capacity is required
• Experience in logistics industry is preferred but not a must
• Immediate available is highly preferred
