Job Description

We are looking for a high caliber person responsible for updating InterAction ("the system") with information throughout the customer lifecycle and revise customer history records through the system..  Fulfill multiple types of customer relationship management in an international legal firm environment. 

Responsibility: 

  • Web-based research, entry and validation of both internal and external sources
  • Data entry at the system
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the clients' contacts and internal personnel
  • Supporting the archiving of dated event folders
  • Processing duplicate personnel records
  • Cleaning up the clients' records
  • Assist in the maintenance and proactive improvement of contact data
  • Troubleshoot and correct operational issues of online database
  • Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested
  • Reviewing and approving/rejecting data change management (“DCM”) “tickets”

Requirements: 

  • Higher diploma and/or above in business or related disciplines 
  • At least 2 years working experience in database management in similar capabilities 
  • Good analytical and methodical skills
  • Good communication skills and command of English
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently and result-oriented person
