� Job Description:
CCG China is hiring an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the organization.
This will require a deep knowledge of Intel's people, processes and systems, expertise in decision-making for complex problems and an ability to coordinate schedules, meet deadlines and manage priorities in a shifting environment with minimal oversight.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and follow-through are required.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment are a must.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Coordinating complex calendar schedule(s) and activities across the organization, including logistics, bookings, agendas and notetaking for meetings, events and travel.
o Coordinating travel details such as visas, welcome letters and expenses.
o Coordinating team building and other event activities
o Maintaining organizational changes, charts and seating arrangements, including coordination with Facilities for required space preparation.
o Managing documentation repositories and related IP controls (SharePoint/Shared Drives)
o Close collaboration with Human Resources, operation and other organizational partners and support business operation on budget planning and business report out process
 


Qualifications

Additional Requirements:
o Strong command of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, etc.), Intel administrative tools (Workday, HAT, etc.), IT support requests, and purchasing systems (Shopping Cart, Ariba, etc.).
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, decision making, self-initiative, follow-through, and independent thinking.
o Exceptional soft-skills/interpersonal skills and conflict management with a positive and solution-based attitude.
o Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast changing environment.
o Demonstrated track record of problem solving with creativity and out-of-box thinking.
o Respect for cultural diversity and sensitivity.
o Strong conflict management and negotiation skills.
o Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
o Able to act with velocity and a strong sense of urgency.

Qualifications:
o 3+ years of relevant administrative experience or equivalent education ideally in a high tech environment
