Job Description

The primary responsibilities will be focused on helping the North American and EMEA/APAC clients and provide the highest standards of support in resolving accounting related queries.

  • Interpreting functional client queries leading fund accounting software.

  • Recreation of client issues in a test environment so that our development area can analyses and fix software issues

  • Responsible for answering client inquires (general support, some technical and general business analysis)Enter, update and track issues from inception through resolution using Eagle’s issue tracking system IQ
  • Monitoring the IQ system, email and other sources for assigned issues and responding with timely status updates as required.

  • Recreate issues in multiple environments and support testing effort for issues as assigned/requested

  • Consult senior team members as needed before escalating issues.

Qualifications

Skills

 

3-5 years of experience in Capital market/ accounting/ fund accounting.
  • Preferably, the candidate should have exposure to the production of Fund NAV and / or production of Fund Financial Statements.

  • Ability to define problems, analyze and resolve complex issues.

  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be have the ability to interpret customer queries under the tight time.

  • Basic database knowledge. SQL, Queries etc.

  • Should have good problem solving skills, managing solutions for clients.

  • Ready to work in shifts and travelling to client site.

Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines and objective
