Job Summary

• Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for a specialized segment of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.

• May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.

• May work on modest size projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.

Minimum Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related majors;

2.At least 8 years’ working experience in large Class-A design institute or company architecture scheme design; scheme design experience in at least three of the following projects: dwelling, office, hotel, public building, etc;

3.Experience of basement scheme design or general drawing design;

Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements;

4.Experienced of scheme bidding; be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of scheme design;

Participated or taken charge of the whole architecture design process in a project;

5.Proficient in Microsoft office and related design software, such as Tianzheng, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, In Design, etc;

CET – 4 , good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

6.High sense of responsibility and good team work spirit; strong organizing and cooperating ability.

1.建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历；

2.8年以上大型甲级设计院或公司建筑方案设计的工作经验，需具备住宅、办公、酒店、商业、及公建等五大类项目中三类以上的方案设计经验；

3.具有以下任意一种类型的设计经验：

1) 地下室方案设计经验，

2) 具有总图、规划设计经验，

4.具有方案投标经验，了解一般方案投标程序，并熟悉方案设计成果的深度要求；

5.参与或负责过项目设计的全过程；

6.能熟练操作相关设计和办公软件，如：天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Word、Excel、Powerpoint等；

7.大学英语四级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力；

8.具有较强的责任心、组织协调能力和团队精神。
