Job Summary

带领设计团队，熟悉并正确理解设计任务书的要求

协助主创设计师或项目经理，组织设计团队深化和完成项目方案设计任务，指导基层的设计能力，保证项目方案质量。

协调建筑专业在设计过程中与其它专业的设计条件

监控方案设计成果的最终效果和质量

组织完成建筑专业校对工作，组织、协调部门间完成项目的审核及会签工作

协助建筑立面设计的分色、排砖、及材料样板的选用、搭配等后期工作指引、配合专业设计公司进行幕墙、灯光、钢结构等后期二次深化设计工作。

Minimum Requirements

建筑学及相关专业本科以上学历。

4年以上建筑方案设计的工作经验，需具备住宅、办公、酒店、商业、及公建等五大类项目中两类以上的方案设计经验。

具有以下任意一种类型的设计经验：

1) 地下室方案设计经验，

2) 具有总图规划设计经验。

了解项目报建的一般流程，熟悉项目报建的设计深度要求。

具有方案投标经验，了解一般方案投标程序，并熟悉方案设计成果的深度要求。

参与或负责过项目设计的全过程。

能熟练操作相关设计和办公软件，如：天正建筑、AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Word、Excel、Powerpoint等。

大学英语四级以上，良好的英语听说读写能力。具有较强的责任心、组织协调能力和团队协作精神。
