Senor Assurance Partner reports to the Assurance Lead, Europe Russia, Eurasia, and is accountable for conducting Assurance activities outlined in the global and local Assurance Plans and undertaking and supporting compliance investigations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Completes Assurance activities, including process walkthroughs, sample testing and deep dives as per Global and Local Assurance plans. Understands the importance of meeting timelines and completing work to the highest standards.
  • Exercises a sound attention to detail when conducting compliance investigations. Investigations are conducted to the highest possible standards in line with all local and global SOP requirements.
  • Confidently shares insights with the business around Assurance and Investigation findings while still maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality where required.
  • Actively participates in annual assurance planning processes. On an ongoing basis makes recommendations based on own observations about emerging risks to ensure plans remain focused on highest areas of risk.
  • Works proactively and collaboratively with colleagues from the business, Global Compliance, Legal and HR.
  • Develops and contributes to quarterly and annual reports for relevant stakeholders.
