Responsibilities

• Production of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Models
• Use of Revit and Navisworks
• BIM Modelling and Coordination Meeting
• Modify and advise on variations and track changes
• 2D CSD/CBWD production
• Apply BIM applications in construction projects
• Provide necessary operational support to site staff with the use of BIM

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies/Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent (Degree Holders preferred)
• Min 3 years relevant BIM modeling experience for BIM Engineer
• 1~2 year relevant  BIM modeling experience for Assistant BIM Engineering
• Good knowledge of Revit, Navisworks
• Candidates with more experience will consider as Senior BIM Engineer / BIM Supervisor
