We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Senior Sales Officer (Banking), Virtual Relationship Management.
- Provide personalized banking services provide convenient and personalized banking service to all of our customers
- Building effective relationships with clients to retain and developing sustainable relationships
- Promote investment, insurance and banking products for optimizing new business opportunities
- Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies /guidelines and compliance requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five or DSE Graduates with relevant working experience will also be considered
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE) Paper 1, 2 and 3 and Hong Kong Securities and Investment (HKSI) Paper 1, 7 and 8 an advantage
- Minimum two years of experience in selling investment, insurance and banking products
- Experience with relationship manager is preferable
- Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
- Customer oriented and able to capture customer financial needs
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
